Store settings & profile
Your store's profile holds the contact details and branding customers see — on your storefront and in the emails the platform sends on your behalf. Edit it under Settings.
Business profile
The Business profile card has four fields:
| Field | Where it shows |
|---|---|
| Support email | The address customers reach you at. |
| Support phone | An optional contact number. |
| Support address | Your business address. |
| Brand color | Your accent color, saved with your profile (any CSS color value). It counts toward your setup checklist; storefront and email theming that uses it is still rolling out. |
Leave any field blank to clear it. Your changes save together, and the save is recorded in your audit log (just that settings changed — not the values).
Checkout links
The Checkout settings card also controls where hosted checkout sends customers after common checkout actions:
| Field | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Return-to-store URL | Back-to-store links from hosted checkout and order status. |
| Order completion URL | Optional landing page after a completed hosted checkout. |
| Retry checkout URL | Where an expired checkout sends the customer to try again. |
| Canceled checkout URL | Where a canceled checkout sends the customer next. |
| Customer action base URL | The account and sign-in origin, if you host those customer pages yourself. |
Leave these blank to use safe defaults. litecommerce falls back to your storefront origin where possible, and hosted litecheckout account pages for account/sign-in links. URLs that do not point at a trusted store or operator-approved origin are ignored.
More settings appear as features ship
The Settings screen is also where checkout, tax, and other options live — those activate and get their own guides as those features roll out.
Who can do this
Owners and Admins manage store settings, and so can Staff granted the Settings permission group. See Team & permissions for how roles work.
